Appointments with Sirona Wellness Spa can be scheduled through our booking software online, by phone or in-person. We will ask to keep a bank card on file for all appointments. This information is held as part of our cancellation policy, though guests may choose their preferred method of payment upon checkout. If bank card details are not received within the same day of booking, appointment may be cancelled at anytime, with or without notice. Menu services and pricing are subject to change without prior notice, but will not affect existing appointments.

Parking is available at the back of the building. Our entrance is on the side of the building (in between the mural). We ask that all first-time guests arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to become acquainted with our spa and staff, and complete your intake forms. We ask that you leave valuable items at home. Sirona Wellness Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, credit, Google + Apple Pay and/or gift card. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sirona Wellness Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of gift cards. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest. We do not accept checks as a form of payment.
